User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10 Would be cool if there was a feature that defines the width and the heigth of the download manager window to the smallest possible size. so that all downloads are displayed correct but no white space below the last one. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. download something Actual Results: download window was bigger than neccessary Expected Results: fit the width and height to optimal
I think this is somewhat confusing to the end user. Most end users expect the same download manager window to pop up every time. If it keeps on dynamically resizing itself, people are likely to get confused. I'm marking this as Wontfix.

That the download manager opens in its own window is the real confusing thing. But i dont think if the size changes if you download a second file at the same time will realy confuse the user.
