When filling out the registation form for AVG, the combobox bounces up & down
when visible.  In text fields the cursor blinks extremely fast.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/
2. Click the "Next>>" button at the bottom of the page.
3. Click the "Yes, I agree" button.
4. Click the country combobox.

Actual Results:  
The combobox bounced up and down.

Expected Results:  
Not bounce up and down or blink the cursor so rapidly.
This bug was fixed by the checkin for bug 238493.
