     I specified for the installation to not install a shortcut on the desktop
and taskbar.  It was done anyway.
     This was an installation of version 1.0PR over top of version 0.9.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Firefox.  When given the choice of what shortcuts to install, uncheck
the ones for desktop and taskbar.  Select default values otherwise.

Actual Results:  
     The installation was done, but there was a shortcut in each of the desktop
and the toolbar.

Expected Results:  
     It should have respected my choice to not have shortcuts in the desktop and
taskbar.
