User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040910 Firefox/0.10

I was downloading the Fedora Core 3 Test 2 iso from:

ftp://ftp.ndlug.nd.edu/pub/fedora/linux/core/test/2.91/i386/iso/FC3-test2-i386-DVD.iso

And after awhile, I came back and saw the download manager was showing negative
numbers. Here is an example of the output below the download progress bar.

-411000KB at -40.-9 KB/sec; unknown file size

The file was really at around 3.7GB downloaded out of 4.2GB. And the transfer
rate was something around 300KB/s. At the beginning of the download, the size
was unknown, the size downloaded was incrementing from 0 correctly, and the
transfer rate was 300 KB/s+. Nothing out of the ordinary. After awhile, it
started showing the wrong output above.

The first number, was decrementing to 0 from a high negative number. And notice
there is a negative number to the left and right of the decimal in the transfer
rate. I think this

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the ISO at the URL given above.
2. Wait awhile as the file downloads.

Actual Results:
Eventually the progress output statistics will show incorrect readings.

Expected Results:
The output should have been something like:

3,768,022KB at 321.00 KB/sec; unknown file size
Similar problems were reported before bug 231361 was fixed. Strange...
I've experianced the same bug (well still experiancing when writing this as
Fedora is still downloading. Just to add to the original posters comment a
screengrab of the download window to visualise things can be found here:

Here is the picture given by the poster above. My example given looks just like
this.
Downloading 3 Mandrakelinux 10.0 Community ISOs and RealPLayer 10 and window
caption maintains "-1% of 4 files" although file transfers continue.
