Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Options -> Composition -> "Send Options" button. 
2. In the dialog that appears, switch between the two tabs "HTML Domains" and
"Plain Text Domains".


Actual Results:  
Different shortcuts appear for the Add/Delete buttons on the two tabs.

Expected Results:  
The Add and Delete buttons should use the same shortcuts on both tabs.

This is probably a left-over from Mozilla Mail, which uses the same shortcuts as
Thunderbird for these 4 buttons; however, in Mozilla Mail these buttons are all
on the same dialog (not on different tabs) so it makes sense to have different
shortcuts. In Thunderbird, these buttons are on different tabs and thus cannot
be accessed at the same time, so for consistency they should have the same
shortcuts across the two tabs
