When on this page simply clicking on the folder is supposed to open more links;
it doesn't.  I turned pop ups on, still not change. I also tried same site on my
Windows XP with no success.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.wssa.net/photo&info/weedframe3.htm
2.on the left pane, click any folder icon, and nothing happens, whereas the
underlined links worked okay.

Actual Results:  
Nothing, the folder doesn't open to show additional links.

Expected Results:  
Folder should have opened and presented additional links. I could not find any
way to work around this problem
