Window shakes sporadically

Actual Results:  
new tab opens and shakes

Expected Results:  
opened new tab and not shake

does same thing on previous versions of Firefox as well
Have you tried with a clean profile? Can you reproduce it then? Most likely due
to a bad theme install.
