Every favicon which has a size of 32*32 pixel isn't correctly displayed in both
the bookmarks bar and the bookmarks manager. only the first 16*16 pixels are
shown. Here is a screenshot and an example in one:

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a site with a favicon of 32*32px
2.Bookmark it
3.View bookmark bar or bookmark manager

Actual Results:  
Favicons are not correctly shown

Expected Results:  
Show the full icons instead only the half
