FireFox should have predefined keybord shortcuts - hide/show
Navigation/Bookmarks/[other] Toolbars without mouse.

Bug summary needs to be changed to "keyboard shortcuts to hide/show toolbars",
fixing the spelling error in "keybord" for easier Bugzilla searching.

First there's the suggestion in comment 1.
There's also F11 for toggling full screen mode, which you might find useful.
In any case you can access this functionality with the keyboard, it's not common
enough to have it's own key -- we don't have enough available keys for that.
