Something similar to attachment 130772 [details] [diff] [review].
When I moved the Plug-ins folder manually into a Thunder 20041103 build (copied
form the latest Firefox), it worked immediately.

using 2004120102-0.9, the "print selection only" checkbox always seems disabled,
even if I've selected something in the message pane.
