We should document --enable-official-branding better so that it's clear to
somebody reading configure what it does.  This makes it less likely that
somebody will violate the trademark policies accidentally.

This causes "./configure --help" to print out:

  --enable-static-mail Enable static mail build support
  --disable-ldap	  Disable LDAP support
  --enable-official-branding Enable Official mozilla.org Branding
			  (Do not distribute builds with
			  --enable-official-branding unless allowed by
			  http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/trademarks/ .)
  --disable-freetype2	  Disable FreeType2 support
  --disable-xft 	  Disable Xft support
...
