User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10 The optional Mozilla calendar, which I installed into Thunderbird .8 version, is buggy. I entered a repeating appointment for Saturday, but it occasionally appeared as a Sunday appointment. Double clicking on the Sunday appointment would bring up recurrance information that correctly assigned the appointments to the right time on Saturday, yet it was appearing on Sunday's calendar. In addition, various appointments, on various dates, have simply disappeared for no apparent reason. They just dropped off the calendar. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set appointments in calendar. 2. Open and close calendar within Thunderbird. 3. Appointments get mixed from day to day, and drop off for no apparent reason. Actual Results: Appointment scheduled for recurrance every Saturday, started appearing on Sundays. Other appointments dropped off entirely, for no apparent reason. Expected Results: Correctly kept recurring appointments on the day they are scheduled for. Held all appointments in memory files until the user deletes them or switches them to another day or time.
Avery: I tried installing the calendar into the 0.8 release build on the Mac and didn't have any luck (I got a dialog saying the extension was not compatible). Also, the Moz Calendar Web Page (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/download.html) mentions the fact that if you have 3rd party themes installed you may have problems.
Taking bug. Reporter: please specify exact date times of sample events that don't show up properly.
