In 1.0 PR, the downloads are getting stuck at 2.0 mb approx. this happened for 2
PDFs I tried, the shockwave player download and the thunderbird download. Since
IE 6.0 is doing fine, I assume this is not a problem of my network settings.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to download anything ~3mb or above in size
2.
3.
Actual Results:
Download got stuck at a range of 2-2.5 mb and did not proceed. At the same time,
IE did a download from the same website.
Expected Results:
Download should have completed as expected
