I'm not sure that a "good example" of a summary combined with a "good example" of a description for a completely different bug makes a "good example" of a complete bug report... Perhaps this could be morphed into a request that using the "Good example" given in the guided bug entry actually results in a valid bug report? Or even better, Bugzilla could use advanced AI to determine what needs to be entered into the Summary and Description fields based, from heuristics based on recent browsing activity, crash dumps or other residual data that a program can find on the system (or perhaps just straightforward mind-reading, using SMP - Simple Mindreading Protocol).
