when logging on to Smile banking, a popup window opens, approx 2/3 screen size;
in IE this can be maximized but in firefox the maximize bitton is greyed out. 
This makes it difficult to see account details

The page code says:

newsmile=window.open('https://welcome3.smile.co.uk/servlet/Smile2Banking','smile',
'toolbar=no,scrollbars=yes,width=760,height=520,location=no,directories=no,status=yes,menubar=no,resizable=no');

So they're calling for it to not be resizable in the code, deliberately.

It's not resizable for me in IE6.  But in any case, Mozilla is doing what the
code says to do.
