Another broken link is using_firebird.xhtml#using_the_sidebar. The id for that is using_the_Sidebar. It needs to be lowercased, because we're lowercasing everything else, and other places, like the toc, reference using_the_sidebar.
Summary: File firebird-index1.rdf contains link to bad file (using_firefox.xhtml) → fix broken links (using_firefox.xhtml and #using_the_Sidebar)

I'm also shortening "Updating Extensions" to "Updating" to be consistent with "Installing" and "Uninstalling".
