Here is a copy of the error message. I have attempted to persuade the site
manager that it is their problem, and not a Mozilla problem, but have not
suceeded yet.

Expected Results:
The software should have returned the web page I was attempting to access.
This is the only web page that has returned this error message, so it might be
considered a minor bug, except that there is no work around.
This error affects all attempts to link to materials at the site
http://www.sojo.net and to the site itself.
It is a long standing error, the condition has existed through multiple Mozilla
builds, and over a period of about a year, when attempting to access the site,
so it might be considered a site error, not a Mozilla error. However, the site
has asserted in correspondence that they are strongly commited to supporting
Mozilla.
The site claims that some Mozilla users are not reporting this error - if true
this might indicate that there is some unidentifiable configuration issue within
individual installations of Mozilla that causes the problem.
However, I just installed Mozilla 1.7.3, and have made no changes to its basic
configuration since then. The only change made to prior versions was at the
direction of site administration at one of my banks, in order to make it
possible to use Mozilla to access the bank website. I do not remember the
procedure, or the file which was modified, but it involved specifying "Windows"
on one line of what I recall as a configuration file.
