If you make the window certain widths, the favicon and the security lock can
appear outside of the address bar rectangle. Screenshots to follow.

I can confirm this.  Just tested with the latest trunk and 0.9 (didn't know
which to use, so used both :) ).

Both had a seperate, new profile created with the profile manager.  In the
default toolbar with the Go button, the favicon stayed in front while the
security icon went behind the Go button icon.  But, it's basically the same as
the attached images.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to a site with favicon or a secure site (eg. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
for both)
2. Resize the window from the right (I think from the left works too, but didn't
test directly) until the URL bar is only a few pixels wide
3. Observe how the favicon and security icon are still showing and spill over on
the toolbar instead of being partially hidden within the URL bar

A couple other things I'm noticing with my regular version (1.0 PR)...  It also
does the same thing with the default URL icon.  And, the URL bar doesn't seem to
be able to resized down to nothing.  So, maybe it's something to do with how it
goes behind the elements on the right instead of being completely hidden.

Hmmm, not sure how to actually mark this as "confirmed".

Confirmed. The favicon appears outside the address bar, but not the security icon.

Sorry for the bugspam. Just realized that the security icon also appears outside
on occasions.

This bug no longer occurs in 1.5 or trunk.
