Before I create a "new" bug I thought I should ask first. I have Mozilla 1.7.5
installed (not at the computer I am writing from) and installed Thunderbird.
Then attempted to install a theme. Mozilla downloaded the theme and schtuck it
into Mozilla's own directory structure. I have to move it manually over to the
Thunderbird directory structure, no problem.

Should I report this as a bug in Thunderbird?
