Every time I add a live bookmark i have to point at my desired bookmark folder.
Bug 252259 desires a designated "live bookmark folder". For myself it would be
enought for the dialogue to remember where I put the last one and off that.
of course, the same mechanism could be used to achieve both, possibly moving the
designation when you drop a live bookmark somewhere new.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a live bookmark.
2. Add another - observe that you're not offered the same folder as you chose
last time.

Live Bookmarks act like bookmarks in this respect; the default is always the
Bookmarks folder, but the last 5 most recently used folders are available in the
dropdown. A little inconvenient for adding lots of bookmarks to a subfolder
(you can always move them all at once with the bookmarks manager later), but
much less confusing overall.
