When having the browser-window open but hidden, and the downloads-window open
and visible, clicking on a link in Thunderbird shows the download-window instead
of the browser-window.
The link is loaded in the background, but the browser is not brought to the
foreground.

To Reproduce:
1. open a link in Firefox (1.0PR)
2. show the download-window
3. open Thunderbird (should work with any mailer of course) and click on a link
in a mail

I believe I have the same bug, however I have noticed some additional "properties"

* If the last firefox window that had focus was the download window, then that
window will be raised when you select the link in Thunderbird.

* If the last firefox window that had focus was a browser window, then that
window will be raised instead of the download window.

* In all cases the link will still be "loaded" in a browser window.  Although I
am unable to determine how the browser window is chosen to load the link.

I get the same behavior as in comment #1.  This appears to be a side effect (or
duplicate?) of bug 222021.

This is not happening anymore. Tested with FF 50.1.0, TB 45.6, Win 7. Closing as WFM.
