STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. load the testcase in bug 254254  (attachment 155153 [details])
2. click on "Reduce" (a scrollbar for the embedded element should appear).
3. click on that scrollbar

ACTUAL RESULTS:
At 3, the assertion is hit.

PLATFORM & BUILD:
Linux/gtk2+xft, CVS debug build - about one week old tree.
WFM, Mac trunk.
WFM on Linux trunk.
Bug 342929 has a testcase that triggers this warning on trunk for me.
Can't reproduce this either.
