combined libpng patch with different mozpngconf.h, removed legacy code (again) from png.c and pngread.c, updated MOZCHANGES file, added several more exported function names to MOZ_PNG macro list.

Comment on attachment 160433 [details] [diff] [review] combined upgrade to libpng-1.2.7 with different mozpngconf.h tor: r? One good reason to proceed is that it avoids loading 2-3kbytes of unused code for sequential reading.
