Reports FLASH as uninstalled.  Attempt toinstall from download manager demands a
floppy disk in A, then locks and loops in the window.  putting floppy into drive
has no effect. Forces OS reboot.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to download Flash from macromedia
2. Watch Firefox repeatedly demand a floppy disk in drive A
3.

Actual Results:  
SYSTEM LOCKUP

Expected Results:  
Download and allow installation of FLASH
