On certain links on Groklaw and a few other sites, if I pass my mouse over the
link the rendering of the text on the line below will become noisy and boldened.
It does not happen for all links but I can't tell what factor causes it on some
links and not others. Scrolling the text and link out of page then returning
back will clean up the text, but it will do it again if I pass the mouse over
it. It only affects the line below the link but not always bordered by the link
boundaries.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.groklaw.net
2. Hover mouse over a link until one of them causes corruption of text
3. PROFIT!!!

Actual Results:
Text becomes increasingly corrupted and darkened the more times you pass the
mouse over the link.

Expected Results:
Correctly rendered text at all times even when mouse moves over links.

Classic theme.
ccing some mac folks... sounds like a gfx issue, probably.
