every time then I set the View->Character Encoding->Auto-Detect->Russian
the message window forced to show me the current message header (inline and in 
plain text) before message text.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select any mail message
2. View->Character Encoding->Auto-Detect->Russian
Actual Results:  
Look into message body you'll see the unformatted email header and message 
text before the message text


Expected Results:  
Just refresh message body window and apply auto-detected encoding, but not to 
show mail header and unformatted text

Seamonkey bug 236872 -- I suspect this is a dupe, but I'm not sure, so 
confirming for now.

slight variant (Thunderbird 3.1.6):
View->Character Encoding->Auto-Detect->*Universal*

window (not using tabs) is stuck with displaying the message header & (possible) PGP-Signature only
