Edit / Preferences / Advanced / Cookies
Press View stored Cookies (twice the first time it jumps - a known bug).
I have a fairly long list of cookies 20 or 30 perhaps.
The bottom cookie in the list also hangs below the bottom of the scroll box, 7
cookie entries are shown in the box then the 8th is half in the box (in the
white area), and half is in the background (grey) area.

You must be running an old browser because the browser currently hangs with more
than 7 cookies (see bug 25432). So this bug is currently blocked by that one.
In any case, this is a dialog problem and not a cookie problem. Reassigning.

I'm not seeing either of the two symptoms reported in this bug. Pressing the
view-stored-cookies button does not cause the button to jump but rather brings
up the cookie viewer as is expected. (Now the signon viewer button will jump,
and that is covered in bug 24351, but not the cookie viewer button.)
Furthermore, the eighth cookie is not in the background grey area at all.
It is half in the white scroll area on the other half is truncated
(apparently the total hight of the scroll area is not an integral multiple of
the hight of a single entry.
So I'm closing out as works-for-me. If you want to consider the fact that the
two heights are not multiple integrals to be a bug, then either reopen this bug
report stating that, or state it in a separate bug report.
