A web page that spans multiple printed pages, only prints the first page (the
print range is set to all). The same page prints fine in IE. The web page in
question is: http://www.in.gov/intel/universalservice/usf.html

The print driver is a HP Color Laserjet 4550 PS. Format is Portrait. Shrink to
fit page width.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to web site
2. Select File-Print
3.

Actual Results:
Only one page is printed. Print range on paper shows Page 1 of 1.

Expected Results:
All six pages should have been printed.
Firefox version is 1.0PR.
The entire page is in an absolutely-positioned <div>.
