User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040928 Firefox/0.10 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040928 Firefox/0.10 I've been having this problem for a while (not sure why I haven't reported it before now). When I open the extension manager using Tools->Extensions, it pops up, but none of my extensions show up (including Tabbrowser Extensions, Adblock, Show in IE, and Live HTTP Headers, all of which are working fine). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have several extensions installed (mostly from texturizer rather than the Moz site, now that I think about it). 2. Open Extension Manager Actual Results: None of my extensions show up. I'm a fairly aggressive user of nightly builds, so it's possible that there's some weird configuration glitch on my machine that's causing this, but I'm sufficiently aggressive that I've had to completely delete the Firefox directory and reinstall a couple of times, so...
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040930 Firefox/0.10 WFM probably an extension compatibility problem (I guess TBE)? Try a new profile (rename the old one) and use UMO extensions. (Try w/o TBE and with TBE)
Interesting. Is there any plan to migrate people's profiles (where most extensions are put these days) when they upgrade from older versions? The problem actually extends further than just not showing the extensions, the "get more extensions" button is hidden as well. Actually, htough, I was able to fix it by frotzing with it for a while. It turned out that, though invisible, TBE was selected in the list and the "Options" button was active. Clicking on that, closing it, and doing a few other dances caused the problem to go away. It even showed TBE after that (though not my other extensions). The Get More Extensions link appeared again, and I have been able to reinstall my other extensions fine. I think I'll close this, but feel free to reopen if you think it deserves more of a look.
