The row of buttons at the top of the page has vertical bars between them where
as the bars do not appear in IE or NS.

Also, some CSS styles (Font Size) on buttons do not take effect until the button
is clicked.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
For Vertical Bar:
1. Browse to the URL

For CSS problem:
1. Enter "actrapid" in the text box and press "Search".
2. Select "Actrapid" in the result list.
3. Enter "atehexal" in the text box and press "Search".
4. Select "Atehexal" in the result list.
5. On the next page, note the size of fonts on the buttons.
6. Press one of them without releasing the mouse and notice the size of the
buttons and fonts in them change in size.
