When visiting this site i tried to access the view menu (alt-v) instead the view
source command was issued. alt-b (bookmarks) leads to a link on the page. so
does alt-t. And probably also other shortcuts.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit www.csszengarden.com
2. try pressing alt-v

Actual Results:  
source code is shown

Expected Results:  
view menu should be accessed
Dup of bug 128452.  Since you're on Windows, you can access the View menu by
pressing and releasing Alt, then pressing V.
