User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10 Hello. I started firefox and I realized that the "updates" small green button was missing in the interface. I right clicked on a toolbar and selected "customize"; I noticed that the updates button was missing there too. So I restored the default set of buttons, clicking the proper button. The updates button was now visible, at the left of the throbber. I closed firefox and then reopened it. The updates button was missing again. I continued doing this "restore default set"-close firefox-reopen it. Every time the updates button disappears. I'm using Win XP Pro SP 1, default theme for firefox. I can notice, every time I start firefox, the updates button that shows itself for a very little period (less than half a second) and then disappears. Greetings Fabio Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Restore default set of buttons in the customize toolbars window. 2. Notice the updates green button near the throbber 3. close firefox and restart it Actual Results: the updates button was missing. notice also that it appears for very short time before disappearing. Expected Results: I think that the updates button should stay there and not disappear
