I use Bookmark Manager to add new bookmarks more than anything else.  There are
context menu items for adding a new folder and toolbar buttons for adding a
folder or separator, but nothing for adding a bookmark.  That can only be done
via File > New > Bookmark.  It would be nice to have a "New Bookmark" button
next to "New Folder" and "New Separator", a context menu item to add a bookmark
in the selected location/folder, and maybe hot keys for the menu options under
File > New.
