My workspace has an Outlook web interface for e-mail. The url is
https://webapps.mar.med.navy.mil/exchange/logon.asp. If you go to this site
using IE6 you enter your username on the web page and then are prompted for a
password.

If you view the web page with FireFox before you even see the page premature
username/password box pops up:

'Enter username and password for "" at https://webapps.mar.med.navy.mil'

I have to hit cancel, type my username into the webpage and then get prompted
with a simliar dialog except this time it logs me on.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://webapps.mar.med.navy.mil/exchange/logon.asp
2. See the inappropriate/premature FireFox username/password prompt

Actual Results:
Here is the dialog from the prompt:
'Enter username and password for "" at https://webapps.mar.med.navy.mil'

Expected Results:
FireFox should not have prompted me for anything until I typed my name into the
web page form to login.
