Once you fill out all your information it pops up a Submit button at the bottom
of all the forms. Well the submit button will not click. I've tried this with
Firefox, regular Mozilla, and Opera and none work. Only IE!

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the website every time.
2.Fill out the form
3.Try to click the submit button.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens. It doesn't submit or do anything.

Expected Results:  
It should have went to a page that is a java chat support agent for Comcast.
