Since this is deprecated behavior it would be better to create a paragraph element for the initial insertion of text. The user could change the initial paragraph element to a heading, list, table or other block element, but the user should remain in some block context (and not insert inline elements and PCDATA directly into the body element). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.create a new composer document 2.begin typing or inserting inline elements 3.there's no step 3 Actual Results: text is entered within the body element of the document Expected Results: a paragraph element should have been nested inside the body element for the insertion off the text and inline elements.
