Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a4) Gecko/20040927 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a4) Gecko/20040927 I am seeing a behavior regarding bcc's and multuple identities that is probably related to that in that bug #260805, but for mozilla rather than thunderboard. When I receive email, it can fall into one of three cases: 1. Destination address is the default identity. 2. Destination is one of the alternate identities. 3. Destination address is neither 1. nor 2. (Such as when all default emails from a domain come to one specific address, which I have tested. Or I suppose when something comes to you as a bcc in the first place and you are not listed at all, which I have not tested.) When I reply in cases 1 and 3, mozilla uses the default identity as the From address. If I have an automatic Bcc configured for this account, it is also added. But in case 2, the reply is from the other identity, and the Bcc address for the account is not added. I would like to confirm this behavior. I am seeing also on 1.8a4. Second, Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Receive email from an alternate identity. 2. Hit "reply" 3. Expected Results: I expect the Bcc field to be added for all alternate identities in the same account also. (If/when bug #247084 were implemented, I would certainly expect it to follow that information instead, but this should be easier than that, and is a reasonable default.
Whoops, never mind the lines "I would like to confirm this behavior. I am seeing also on 1.8a4. Second," in the previous description. Cut/paste error.
