On the "Enter Issues" page, enter_bug.cgi, it would be helpful to be able to 
select the people the issue is beeing assigned/CCed to from a drop-down list, 
or something similar, rather than having to know their e-mail address and type 
it in perfectly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to new issue page (enter_bug.cgi)
2.Go to assign/CC fields
3.

Actual Results:  
I had to type the full email addresses in, perfectly.

Expected Results:  
Provide a list of possible recipients for that Product (perhaps?) in a drop-
down, or equivalent.
