it can't display shtml webpage well.it just show me the page source file.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to a website that has shtml webpage
2.click a link to a shtml webpage
3.it happened.

Actual Results:  
it display page source 

Expected Results:  
display the webpage just like it dispaly a normal html webpage.

The .shtml page in the URL is sent as text/html now. It looks like the server
has been fixed. Please reopen if you see any other pages on this site improperly
sent as text/plain.
