Whenever a page has a bookmark icon, it can't be updated if there is a change.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make a page with an icon
2.Make this icon be changed
3.Visit the page again, and the old icon will still be there

Actual Results:  
The old icon keeps showing up, never updating.

Expected Results:  
Update the icon everytime the page is visited.

They should be updated everytime you visit the page. And sorry, I didn't see
there was another bug report about this.
