In the page http://saturnstation.com/colors.html, the border color is the same
as the text color. This differs in all other browsers where the border color is
consistent in gray.
This occured in FireFox and version 1.6.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to page

same thing happened
Expected Results:
border color should be consistent for all borders, it should not matter what
color the text in the cell is.

I get the same rendering in IE6 and 20041003 trunk PC/WinXP

Worskforme with a current trunk Linux build as well. Marking so, but please
reopen if this is still an issue with current trunk builds.
