Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open tools, options menu
2. Go to "Fonts"
3. XUL error, see attachment
4 [review]. See Advanced, Saved Passwords, "View Saved Passwords", another xul error
Actual Results:
XUL errors displayed
Expected Results:
No XUL errors
See attachments. Done with freshly created profile.

locale re-org for tbird.
