26305 - Wallet Editor initially appears empty

saw this on linux [2000020209] and winNT [2000020214]. (unable to test on mac
today.) even though my Wallet is not empty, when i bring up the Wallet Editor
*appears* empty (till i click Add New...).

to repro,
0. make sure your wallet is not empty. :-)
1. bring up the Wallet Editor from the menu, ie, Tasks > My Wallet > Wallet
Contents...
result: observe that the Wallet Editor dialog has nothing listed under "Field
name" or "Entries for field."
2. click the Add New... button.
3. just click Cancel in the resulting prompt dialog.
result: "Field name" is now populated --and when you select any of 'em, you'll
be able to see the corresponding "Entries for field"...

expected: the lists shouldn't be empty upon opening the Wallet Editor (unless
it's really empty!).

This is a regression since it works fine on my build from 1-31.

I just pulled a new try and tried it.  It's empty, just as you reported.  But 
clicking on add as you described does not make the contents display.

And it's a regression in dialogs that happened in the past two days.

Things are surely getting worse.  First it was bug 26332 that was mac only.  
Now, like a virus it has spread to the other platforms. :-(

Fix checked in.  Files involved were WalletEditor.js and WalletEditor.xul.  Also 
same problem was potentially in signon viewer so I checked in a new 
SignonViewer.xul

behaves now. tested w/2000-02-07-08 comm bits on linux and winNT.
