.mht attachments are treated like the mail (have the mail icon) and are opened
in new message window.

That wouldn't be big issue, but in new window they are not rendered correctly -
all pictures are missing. In in-line mode everything is fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a message with .mht attachment (for attachment save any page in
Internet explorer in this format)
2. open attachment
Actual Results:  
the attachment is opened in new mail window and there are no images in it

Expected Results:  
offer to open the attachment with proper application.

I encounter this on Thunderbird, so I am submitting bug here. To be sure, I
searched the bug in both MailNews and Thunderbird and didn't find something similar.

There is no real support for MHTML.  For mail, this is bug 52386.
The two related browser bugs are  bug 18764 (for opening) or bug 40873 (for 
saving).

MHTML files are treated like mail because they're formatted like mail.
