It is not possible to download extensions.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open menu tools extensions
2.choose an extensions from homepage
3. the download starts
4. the extension is NOT installed
Actual Results:  
the extension is NOT installed
You should be installing from update.mozilla.org. Automatical installation from
other domains is disabled by default. You can install manually by dragging the
downloaded xpi file to the extension manager.

If you were installing from update.mozilla.org, please provide the URL of
extension you were installing and tell what *exactly* happened.
