I have MOZILLA-1.7.
Printing e.g. an email with HP DeskJet 510 on SuSE-8.2 (german)
the last line is not been printed.

In Print -> Properties:
A4 (210x297mm)
Top 0.2 Left 0.4 Right 0.4

* Bottom between 0.00 and 0.5 with no effekt!
* Volumes >0.5 will return to 0.5


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Print
2.Properties...
3.Bottom 0.8
4.it returns to 0.5 
5.OK
6.Print

Actual Results:  
the last line will not been printed
"Bottom" has no effekt

Expected Results:  
Bottom e.g. >0.5 will move the last line up,
change the printing area

"Volumes >0.5 will return to 0.5" is bug 150416. Those margins (in the
File->Print->Properties dialog) only control placement of the page header and
footer, e.g. the URL, page title, page number, and date printed. The margins for
the page content are under File->Page Setup->Margins & Header/Footer. This
second set of margins is not limited to 0.5.
