Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10

When performing a Mail import from the Tools menu of the Thunderbird
application, after choosing either Outlook or Outlook express the user is not
prompted to select the folders that is desired to be imported. Instead it
imports all the mail folders.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Thunderbird
2. Choose Tools -> Import
3. Select Outlook or Outlook Express
4. Hit Next

Does not prompt the user to select folders desired to be imported.

Actual Results:
Imports all mail from that mail client

Expected Results:
Should prompt the user to select what mail faolders are desired to be imported.
MSOE6 claims it cannot find any messages identifiable as mail when trying to
import mail messages from Thunderbird. It's infuriating. My OS is WIN98SE but
I'm not allowed to change the field.
This specifically is a problem if a "Personal Folders.pst" file was exported
from Outlook. The file may be moved out of the Outlook application area if
Outlook was removed from the system. I have "Personal Folders.pst" backups from
when I used Outlook that I would like to import into Thunderbird. I need
Thunderbird to give me the option of selecting a folder. I actually like the
usability of being able to do it in a fairly automated manner without asking for
a folder... but the option should be there.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
