Shortcut key for Page Info (Ctrl+I) disappeared in Firefox 1.0PR (Windows), so
it can be now accessed only from main menu. But Page Info is very useful exactly
for menuless windows:

- web developer can't debug a page (lot of dialog windows in web apps)
- any user can't see security info (needed right for pop-ups)
