On this page, I'm seeing the banner ad at the top of the page be replicated, so there appear to be two of them, one above the other. This is not affected by the "layout.reflow.async" preference. This sounds similar to bug 21189 which was fixed a while back.
Yeah, I thought that was our problem as well until I looked at the page itself. There's an IFRAME there that doesn't display in Nav 4.x, but does in IE and Mozilla. It's followed by a <SCRIPT SRC=> that seems to do client sniffing on the server and returns a document.write of an image on Nav 4.x and us, but not IE.
