User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20041005 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20041005 1. Installed Mozilla under the username that came with the machine 2. Changed username (via control panel -> user accounts) to another name. I did NOT change to a different account, just the public name of my existing account. 3. Mozilla downloads fail, download manager doesn't even come up. 4. Changed the name on the account to the original name, downloads work again. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Same as in details section above 2. 3. Actual Results: Downloads stopped working Expected Results: The download manager should have handled name changes on an account without failing. No crash occurred, browser continued to work.

Since the reporter has not responded to comment #1 in over 2 years, I am resolving this bug as incomplete. The reporter can feel free to reopen it and supply the missing information if the bug is still present in a recent SeaMonkey build.
